The number for today:
- Blood Glucose: 130 mg/dl. It has consistently been in the 100 teens. Must have been the margarita and the pie. Highly fattening breakfasts at a good Mexican restaurant doesn't help either.
- Weight: 205 lbs. Yawn. Same Really stuck.
- Exercise. This morning 40+ minutes on the bike. Lots of gardening, week pulling specifically in the all weekend.
- Mood. Meh.
- Breakfast. Herbal tea infused oatmeal with craisins and a banana.
- Lunch: Leftover hamburger from Saturday
- Dinner: Leftover roast with carrots and potatoes for dinner.
- Snacks: Soy yogurt.
